海南南山文化旅游开发有限公司是北京首都旅游股份有限公司的控股子公司，注册资本为38500万元人民币，主营旅游资源和旅游项目的开发经营，经营宾馆、酒店，提供文化娱乐服务、物业管理服务等。

公司拥有三亚市著名的AAAA级旅游景区——海南南山文化旅游区。该景区背倚南山，名临南海，西临南山寺，占地面积2000多亩，景区以其独特的山景、海景和丰富的佛教文化为依托，以生态建设为根本，集西欧、日本、中国建筑为一体，拥有国内最大的素食餐厅，是海南省著名的旅游景区之一。

景区自1999年开业以来，累计接待中外游客500多万人次，目前年接待游客量接近200万人次。

The park with an area of more than 2000 Mou, back against Nanshan mountain, faces South China Sea, abuts west upon Nanshan Temple.
