北京首都旅游股份有限公司是由北京首都旅游集团有限责任公司作为主发起人，联合北京城乡贸易中心股份有限公司、清华同方股份有限公司、中国北京全聚德集团有限责任公司、北京市昌平区十三陵旅游服务开发总公司四家发起人，经北京市人民政府批准，以发起方式设立的股份有限公司。

公司设立于1999年2月，2000年4月成功发行7000万A股，6月1日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。现公司总股本为23140万股，总资产为17.92亿元，净资产为8.32亿，拥有3家分公司、5家控股公司和多家参股公司。

With the approval of Beijing Municipal Government, Beijing Capital Tourism Co., Ltd. (BCT), which soon became a listed company in Chinese stock - markets, was founded on February 12, 1999 by Beijing Tourism Group, Tsinghua Tongfang, Beijing Urban-Rural Trade Center, China Beijing Quanjude Group and Beijing Ming 13-Tomb Tourism Industrial Developers.
